About Us
Cat Moment Boutique Hotel & Spa was started by a cat lover couple who are frequent traveller and need reliable guardian and good space to leave their 10 fur-kids. These personal challenges inspired the couple to create a premium cat boarding that also served grooming services to assist other cat parents who are going through similar hardships.
As the name implies, Cat Moment is about fur-kids comfort and happiness which has been specifically created to tailor the needs and comfort of our feline guests that focus on their emotional, physical, and social elements. Our hotel is a safe, hygienic and secure retreat to ensure everything is right for you and your furry kid while both are away from home

We offer grooming services for cats from advance to premium package. Our experienced groomers deliver gentle & quality grooming service to ease your cat’s grooming session. There premium package is designed to enrich the condition of your furr kid coat. The end result is instantaneous, and having fluffier coat, silkier and more voluminous fur for you to cuddle.

Our hotel has different categories of rooms for cat owners to choose ranging from deluxe type to VVIC type. We offer premium accomodation, where some of the rooms are equipped with closed-circuit television cameras (CCTVs) so that cat owners can watch and monitor your beloved felines via phone 24/7 around the world.

We looking for cat hotel verry long long time, then only decide let my baby girl stay here. Today we pick up Mizu but seem like she dont want to go back cause so many friend 🤣. Room verry big and comfort, food and water always enough. So many toy and friendly friend outside. Staff verry friendly and enthusiasm of take care my baby, she remember everything i note. My baby have itchy ear, they always follow and look her, sensitive skin and picky eater they also take care she so good give snack and wet food like i note,

After moving to a new area and the ned of the pandemic, we were a bit worried about finding the right boarding for our two cats. Having to leave them for 12 days, we were very particular to ensure that they are well taken care of and giving us a peace of mind while we are away.
Thank goodness for Cat Moment Boutique Hotel & Spa who were able to give the best of care to our very fussy kids. They were given very clean and spacious ‘rooms’, playtime and socializing in a spacious and comfortable area, but most important of all, there were taken care with love and attention by the staff of the Cat Moment staff. They were very attentive and quick to address any matters and would update you of your cat(s) activities so that you wouldn’t have any worries. Thank you kakak kakak at Cat Moment Boutique.

Friendly Owner and Staff.
The place is Comfortable and Clean. You can ask for Grooming while Boarding. Happy to see my Boy have being Loved and Well taken care.

We were very satisfied with the service. Our cats is being loved and taken care of.
The hotel is very clean and spacious. The location is nice. The room is big and affordable. We are very pleased to see our cats were comfortable at the hotel.

Rules
- Check-in time (Daily except Tuesday) 10am to 5pm.
- Check-out time (Daily except Tuesday) 10am to 5pm. If picked up after 5pm, there will be an additional night charge.
- Visiting hours, kindly inform visitor details and arrange visiting hour with the receptionist.
- Your cat must be up to date with their vaccination, do not have any signs of illness, injury, or violence.
- Please bring your cat vaccination card for inspection before check-in or we has the right to refuse taking pet in.
- Physically free of fleas, ticks, mites, and other parasites.
- Cats who are just recovered from ilness, need a written note from licensed veterinarian for declaration of health status
- Cats who are non-compliant with our boarding requirements are strictly cannot be accepted for check-in
Cat owner must take responsibility to ensure that it is healthy enough to enter a shared cat boarding environment.
